I am an independent successful renewable energy sales person (solar, solar batteries, roofing, etc) and also mortgage loan officer. I just moved to Honolulu 2 months ago from 22 years in Los Angeles. I work from home.

Must have reliable transportation - parking is provided

Must have your own working PC laptop or PC compatible

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office - outlook, excel, and word

Must be outgoing and have a friendly positive upbeat drama free personality!

I need an assistant who i can train for the following tasks:

laptop work - research, surfing web, emailing, excel, word, outlook, software and crm i will train you on

local errands - from time to time

tons of phone calls to potential clients and current ones YOU WILL NEVER BE SELLING ANYTHING

you must keep my calendar with attention to detail

dress is casual we don't meet clients so no need to dress up

i work on PST/CA time so i work 2 hours ahead of Hawaii time so we would start earlier and leave earlier than your typical Hawaii 9a-5p

I need help with some personal life responsibilities assistant work
