We are an HVAC company. We install furnaces and air conditioning units into new homes, as well as, provide service for those units.
We need a team player to join our office staff. The administrative assistant provides customer service and dispatches service technicians to homeowners over the phone. This position requires a person with great attention to detail, organizational skills, critical thinking skills, multi-tasking abilities, and computer skills.
Responsibilities include: answering multi-line phone, scheduling and dispatching appointments, data entry, scanning, filing and other general office work. You will be trained on all aspects of the position.
- Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
- Quickbooks preferred, but not required (we will train you)
- HVAC industry knowledge preferred, but not required
