Oil Field-Torque and Test Operator-Wash Crew-Drift & Tally-Roustabout

We are looking to hire self motivated hard workers. We provide several services to the oil industry on the drilling and completion side. Some of our services include BOP torqueing and testing, trenching, berming, roustabout, drift and tally, and wash jobs. A job can run anywhere from a couple hours to several days on location. We have a bunk house at our yard in Midland where employees and contractors can stay. Were also looking for CDL Drivers and Mechanic pay will be based on experience.

What we need:

We are looking for self motivated hands that know how to put it an honest days work. Punctuality is extremely important in our line of work as well as a reliable method of transportation to get you to our business (from there we will provide transportation to rigs) and a method to Always be able to reach you. While we have a pretty good idea of what day a job will be, the hour is not always known until a couple hours before hand, because of this we must have a sure-fire way to reach you (your cell died isn't acceptable). This will be a contract labor job that can transition to a full time employee in time.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Bilingual is a Huge Plus but not necessity

A Valid Driver's License

Reliable Cell Number as well as Transportation

You Must be Punctual

You Must be able to pass a Drug Test

Experience in the field is also a big Plus

A Hard worker is a Must

The ability to operate big machinery is a plus

The ability to pul a trailer is a plus

A Resume is not a must, but those who have one will likely be given preference depending on their experience

The compensation starts at $16 per hour on up depending on your work ethic and responsibilities. please note we are looking for people who want to move up and take the responsibility of team leads, operators, and supervisors. More responsibility means more pay.
