Compensation based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage accounting, HR and admin staff

Manage all payroll functions

Manage all accounting and bookkeeping functions

Manage budgeting and financial analysis functions

Present financial results to management

Manage staff recruiting, on-boarding and HR documentation

Prepare monthly excise and retail sales tax returns

Manage records compliance

Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 21 years of age

Familiar with QuickBooks Online

Minimum 3 years accounting/bookkeeping experience

Positive attitude

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Microsoft office skills

Strong attention to detail
