Qualifications:

-Work experience in food preparation strongly preferred

-Fast learner with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Shift Leader/Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee food prep and ensure the food quality

-Health and safety standards are of high priority in food preparation areas, so our food managers are responsible for supervising these areas and checking that all hygiene standards are met.

-Ensure the restaurant is properly stocked at all times and the staff has what they need to work efficiently

-Inspire staff to perform the best and provide the best customer service

-Customer complaints and queries are directed to the manager of the branch, who responds efficiently but respectfully.

Qualifications:

-Current California Food Managers card (Preferred)

-Leadership ability, and create a fun, energetic environment that is free of harassment and hostility; at least 1 year similar Restaurant manager experience

-Ability to Manage 5 or more team members

-Training and team development, quality focus

-Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and lead the entire team while maintaining required standards of operation

-Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff/customers
