Maintenance/Custodian

This a full time position, Its a 60-40 position meaning about 60 percent of the day will be cleaning and 40 percent will be general maintenance, depending on work load of day that could change! 'Please' if you are not up to doing general cleaning duties do not apply WE are a 74 unit condo on panama city beach off of Thomas DR. This is a Friday through Tuesday position, with a rotating on call duty. Again this is a weekend position!
