The Inventive Group in Mountain Home, Idaho recruiting a full time Maintenance Person to join our team. We now have 3 large facilities in Mountain home that need maintenance. We are a company that likes to have our machinery look and perform as good as our Facilities. This is a great opportunity to work with a great group of people in a clean organized environment. This is a position that requires the candidate to have a lot of experience working with ac power. Most of our machinery operates with 480-volt 3 phase power. While we have an electrician we use, you would be required to perform basic troubleshooting. Candidate must be able to pass a basic AC wiring test before being considered for the position. We have many machines that will need basic preventive maintenance. If you enjoy working on newer equipment in a clean organized environment, this could be the job for you. We are offering great pay $40,000 to $65,000.00 per year depending on experience. Salary also include 401(k) retirement – Health Insurance – Paid Vacation – Paid Holidays. Job Duties:

General Equipment Maintenance

Basic AC wiring and trouble shooting

Replacement of machinery parts

Assisting our Carpenter when needed

Operation of our Floor Cleaning Equipment

Operation of our Parking lot ride on sweeper

Snow removal

Forklift operation

Other maintenance items as well as being to help in other areas if needed.

Mon thru Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 am and after hour in emergency machine down situations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 Years Mechanical / Electrical Experience

Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Welding a plus

Experience with general shop equipment. Saws, Drills, Grinders, etc.

Be able to pass a basic AC electrical test

Enjoying being organized.
