Local Coffee Roaster - Hiring Now!

A local coffee roaster in Boise is in need of a team member for 30-40 hrs/wk to run the coffee packaging line, deliver to our local grocery and café customers, and perform cleaning/maintenance tasks around the roasting plant. Typical hours are 9-5 but can vary depending on the orders for the week.

Coffee experience is not required if other production experience is relevant. We will train on all packaging equipment, GMPs, and production related tasks.

We are a growing company and have big plans for future growth. We are a tight knit team and work hard, but also have fun in the shop. We try hard to promote from within, and we are looking for someone who is willing to put in the work to grow with us and stay for the long term. Qualifications:

- Extremely detail oriented

- Excellent organizational skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter

- Works well under minimal supervision

- Strong problem solving skills

- Flexible and willing to learn. There's always somthing new happening here!

- Good skills with Excel, Word, and Google Drive

- Must be able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.

- Must have reliable transportation

Pay starts at $12.50/hr plus mileage reimbursement for deliveries. We will review wage after a 90 day probationary period.
