Job Description
VOICE is looking to hire a Sales Assistant to join our team. In this position, you will strive to promote the reputation of the brand and to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times, to sell and gain the loyalty of our customers. You will also be active in keeping the store clean and organized, and in checking and replenishing the stock.Responsibilities- Welcome, smile and approach to customers with a cordial attitude and willingness to serve.
- Possess good product knowledge to be able to advise the customer in an optimal and precise manner
- Receive and review product purchase orders to ensure that terms and conditions are correct, prepare, and issue order confirmations to all appropriate parties.
- Serve many clients at the same time and provide outstanding service to all of them.
- Familiar with the sales goals and the aim to meet and reach them, individually and as a team.
- Maintains stocked inventory status and prepares monthly reports.
- Prioritize customer service above all other tasks.
- Familiar with and deliver customer-specific services to optimize sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of related experience and/or training required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to thrive in fast paced and high intensity environment
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively under limited supervision or in a team setting.
