Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description: To provide direct patient care to patients, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report patient needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Complete documentation accurately and consistent with policies and procedures. Assure patients are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment, and transportation. Respect the dignity and privacy or individuals are all times. Assist patients with activities of daily living.
