Senior Business Systems Analyst with LMS, SQL, SuccessFactors, BIRT, Plateau Report Designer, PRD

- Basic knowledge of the LMS standard reports and Plateau Report Designer
- Understanding of SQL Queries (At least 3 years of experience in developing SQL Queries or similar development language.)
- Develop and modify custom reports using SuccessFactors Plateau Report Designer (PRD) extension of the BIRT Report Designer
- At least 1 year of experience using and customizing standard reports in PRD in SuccessFactors Learning.
- Ability to work independently.
- Results-driven to achieve objectives on time and within estimates mutually agreed upon.
- Effective written and oral communication skills that can be demonstrated through experience.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS capabilities and data dictionary to understand Administrators reports needs
- Develop a design approach for reports for efficiency and add incremental user value
- Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors Online Report Designer (ORD) to know when reports may be better suited to be delivered from the tool
- Develop reports using SuccessFactors Online Report Designer
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word and Excel
- Beneficial to understand pivot table design and usage in Excel
- Works with IT business analysts and project managers to assess new reporting requirements for SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist the IT business analyst to engage with the business resource to understand, outline, and document the reporting requirements.
- Develop and or modify reports in SuccessFactors BIRT / Plateau Report Designer.
