ABOUT THE TEAM
The Inventory Control group works diligently to retrieve inactive company assets back from members and partners. This group works closely with the logistics/warehouse team in an effort to receive company property back from members timely and efficiently.
ABOUT THE JOB
As an Inventory Control Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include the due-diligence that goes in to contacting members who have company equipment they are no longer utilizing for a variety of different reasons. You will use all resources available to have the members safely return the equipment to our warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consecutive outbound calling to members in an effort to recover assets and manage inventory integrity
Complete assigned work in the reverse logistics company software.
Manage and use the Asset Recovery Metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Work to ensure recovery rate goals are met.
Maintain a high level of communication with warehouse and retention teams during recovery efforts.
Communicate at a high level with management surrounding recovery efforts
Manage FedEx delivery exceptions.
File and manage all FedEx claims.
Provide feedback for improving and enhancing team processes to leadership.
Abide by all Company policies and procedures, including HIPAA and Privacy Act laws.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
Minimum one year Customer Service experience in call center environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
