Hi-Tech Service Company located in Westland is looking for an outstanding individual to join our team. Part-time with flexible hours; would consider full-time position for right person. MUST PASS DRUG TEST. www.ncservo.com

Customer Service responsibilities include:

- Working with customers via phone and email

- Coordinating sales/services with techs, generating quotes, contacting customer for approval

- Documentation of all communication and information, and entering into job costing system

- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve customer complaints

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; outstanding organizational skills; exceptional professionalism when dealing with customers

- Computer literate: Working knowledge of MS Office and data entry software systems

- Excellent time manager to prioritize and complete important work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge so as to work with minimal supervision

- Willingness to learn other duties as deemed necessary
