About us: We are a mid-sized real estate investment company in downtown Omaha. We own and operate 119 commercial/multi-family units and another 70+ single-family homes. We are constantly growing, building, and developing as a company.

Your typical AWESOME, CRAZY day at Paladino Development Group:

Run Daily Deposits of Rent (A/R) Meet with Tenants Run and Analyze Reports Become an Expert within our Appfolio Software Discuss Outstanding Rent Balances with Tenants Set Up Payment Plans with Tenants Submit Evictions with the Attorney Work with Agencies who Pay Rental Assistance Represent PDG at Eviction Court Knock on Doors When Tenants Can’t be Reached by Phone/Text/Email Renew Leases Check/Reply to Emails and Voicemails Maintain and Develop Spreadsheets (Excel and Google Docs) Receive and Advise on Tenants Maintenance Requests Visit Tenants at Their Home to Discuss Maintenance or Collections Issues Accept or Deny 30 Day Notices (Based on Lease Requirements) Bill Tenant Utilities Audit Utilities Bills Verify Move Outs Attend Delivery of Eviction Writs

HOURS: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

IMPORTANT: Everyone at Paladino Development Group is required to be on call for snow removal. That includes you. So if it's snowing, you must stay close to your phone in the event we are called in for snow removal- 24/7. (It's actually kinda fun. It's an awesome companywide bonding and camaraderie event.)
