Azure Ops Engineer

Job Description:- 360 degrees understanding of Azure services (IaaS & PaaS) and passion to keep up with new announcements, service enhancements.

• Candidate must have hands-on experience working within IT infrastructure projects especially within Microsoft or Azure stack.
• Candidate must have strong experience working in Azure Platform Operations environment and must be willing to work in shifts (UK, US).
• Hands-on experience with at least five of the key compute, network, storage, security services and their components VM (Windows & Linux), VNet, Configuring NSGs and Route tables, App Gateway, Express Route, Scale sets, Azure Databricks, AKS, ASE, ANF, WAF, RBAC model, log analytics, CRP, AFD etc.
• We are looking for someone who has worked on ARM templates, Runbooks, APIs, Azure policies.
• Candidate with these skills is highly preferred: PowerShell scripting esp in Azure environment, experience working with ServiceNow and understanding of Azure DevOps.
• Candidate must have strong troubleshooting experience in distributed cloud environments esp Azure.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to articulate thoughts, ideas, solutions very clearly.
• Candidate must be proactive, flexible & quick learner; able to work independently with limited oversight and guidance.
• Candidate must have a good understanding of Agile principles, Scrum and or Kanban methodology; hands-on experience in these areas is a big plus.
• At least one of AZ103, AZ200, AZ300, AZ400 certifications is a plus.
