Microbiology Technician I

Description:

• Will prepare laboratory media/solutions, operate auto clave, PH solutions, plate/enumerate microbes, fill out data reports and place results on spreadsheet using Lotus.
• Data analysis and will be responsible for communicating data results.
• Must be able to do calculations.
• Must be very alert, conscientious.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and have good analytical skills, and flexible to being trained.

• Familiarity with laboratory settings GLP & GMP.
• Previous experience with being able to run pH equipment.
• Other laboratory experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended length of time (standing for up to 6 hours at a time).
