MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK 12 HR SHIFTS AT THE END OF THE MONTH AND DURING PEAK SEASON

MAKE· Make sure all jobs have the proper paperwork (i.e. I.Q, job start , move logs, tray tags )

· All Daily work should be tracked via the Daily outstanding list, the SLA written on the roll

with enough commodities (envelopes, inserts) staged to complete the job

· All Lincoln should be tracked at the Daily table and staged with

The SLA written on the Traveler/ traveler on top of paperwork

· The Daily outstanding and Lincoln lists should be filled out and turned over on a shift to shift basis

· Make sure daily paperwork is sorted into daily bin/cubby, month-end sorted on month-end rack

· Verbal turnover is at 5:30 am/pm during month-end

· Roll tags should be picked up periodically during the shift

· After verbal turnover all roll-tags are to be collected from machines and sorted back into tag board

· Daily turnover for next shift by 5am/pm during month-end, by end of shift non month-end

· All Daily paperwork should be separated, stapled, and sorted into the “Daily bin/cubby” by Client name

· Work area should stay cleaned and organized at all times

· Work should be staged by SLA and mailing type (i.e. PSI 1st , MANIFEST 2nd , FULL POSTAGE 3rd)

· Envelopes should be restocked as needed on a daily basis

· During M/E commodities (envelopes, inserts) should be ordered on a per shift basis

(i.e. 1st shift will pre order materials for 2nd shift and vice versa)

BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS AND A RELIABLE ASSOCIATE NEEDED, STAGGER PLAYS A BIG ROLE IN PRODUCTION

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK OVERTIME AND 12 HOUR SHIFTS DURING MONTH END

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST
