Housekeeping or Janitorial Team Member Needed Immediately!

JOB SUMMARY AND REQUIREMENTS:

We are a 26+ year-old, privately held corporation that is an industry leader in revenue, product quality, and client satisfaction. We pride ourselves in having set the high bar for almost three decades in the property restoration industry. Continuing double-digit growth has provided us the opportunity to add another Housekeeping or Janitorial team member.

The individuals we are looking for will be dependable, hard-working, trustworthy, and willing to treat our clients' home and valued possessions as their own. For almost 3 decades we have responded to residential and commercial property disasters and are entrusted by our clients to rebuild their home or office and clean, deodorize and restore their most cherished possessions. The individuals we are looking for will be capable of performing the tasks below to a high standard:

Utilizing state of the art processes and equipment will expertly clean and sanitize home and office buildings and contents including furnishings, clothing, draperies, personal possessions, and more, both onsite and in our facilities.

Will inventory and remove home and office contents, clean and sanitize the same, and re-establish the contents in the home or office after the structural restoration has been completed.

Ensures safe project sites and work areas.

Able to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision.

Committed to achieving quality results.

Can quickly and efficiently solve unexpected problems encountered.

Supports and helps to ensure best practices on job sites as it relates to professional conduct and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

Housekeeping, janitorial, residential cleaning or moving/packing experience required. Commercial janitorial, or previous contents restoration experience a definite plus.

Able to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision.

Able to work effectively with all levels of employees on the job site and in our facilities.

Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Able to lift 35 pounds unassisted.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $16.00 per hour with review in 90 days
