We are seeking for experienced Administrative Assistants to assist our Project Coordinators with overseeing multiple projects from take-off to completion and ensure contractual deadlines while still maintaining total client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have commercial contracting experience (restaurants, hotels, etc.) or a construction background. Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Job Description:

Setting up new project files.

Updating project schedules.

Tracking project status

Bid Analysis.

RFI's and take-offs

Client communication.

Subcontractor communication.

Researching product and materials.

Communicating with vendors and suppliers.

Coordinating shop and field work.

Requirements:

Have prior experience in the commercial contracting industry.

Have a professional demeanor.

Have excellent organizational skills.

Have knowledge of commercial contracting industry

Have problem solving abilities.

Ability to pay high attention to detail.

Ability to work flexible hours. Be reliable and punctual.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and cope intelligently under pressure.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), Adobe (PDF), Illustrator.

Experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop preferred but not required.
