Responsibilities Include:
Developing quotes in QuickBooks for product sales
Determining outbound freight costs by communicating with freight companies and brokers
Preparing and distributing QuickBooks sales invoices
Communicating with customers and outside sales representatives via email or telephone
Other duties as assigned from time to time
Job brief
The Inside Sales position is a key communication link between the customer, our outside sales representatives, and internal operations. In this position you will be expected to acquire detailed product knowledge that will enable you to translate a customer request into an accurate and timely quote.
Requirements
Familiarity with both Inbound and Outbound Freight
Data entry skills
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
Familiarity with QuickBooks
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly
