ERATE Support Specialist

Description This is a temporary to fulltime opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico.Robert Half Technology is hiring for an ERATE Support Specialist. The ERATE Support Specialist will be responsible for all administrative and programmatic duties for the organization's ERATE program. These duties include but are not limited to the followingERATE:Manage and maintain the USAC site and relationship for our company;Regularly review 470 bids on USAC site and download and distribute to all required company personnel working ERATE;Assist with the submission of 470 bids;Manage and provide guidance on internal process for our ERATE business;Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Accounting, and Management through the entire ERATE process;Create and manage all necessary ERATE program activities including: training, updates, and communication to the company;Contracts Management ;Manage and maintain current SLED and Federal contracts- NASPO, GSA, SEWP, CES, etc.;Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Account, and Management on contract requirements;Create and manage all necessary contract program activities including: bidding, training, updates, and communication to the company; Requirements Interviews are currently being conducted, for immediate consideration please email your resume to with ERATE in the subject line.
