Millwork/Cabinet Shop Foreman WANTED!

We are an established commercial millwork company with over 30 years experience looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team. We are located in Gaithersburg, Maryland and provide commercial millwork services primarily in DC, Maryland and Virginia but have furnished product to all of the lower 48 states.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated professional. Capable of directing, and implementing the daily work plan.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining a high level of quality, as well as productivity

Provide direct supervision to the fabrication team to ensure product is delivered in a timely manner and in good condition.

Assure cleanliness of the shop, inside and out, and stock levels are maintained.

Assure all shop equipment is in good working condition and well maintained.

Ability to multi task in a fast paced and deadline orientated environment.

Maintaining work areas in an organized and orderly manner, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements for Shop Supervisor:

Minimum of (3-5) years of supervisory shop experience

Capable of operating CNC machinery or Learning (Holzher 7225 five axis machine center, Holzher edgebander and Koch Sprint Base Line boring machine) with ability to instruct specified employees on machine operation when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus benefits.
