(NEW) Residential Real Estate Paralegal Job – Alpharetta, GA

Legalpeople is currently recruiting a residential real estate closing paralegal to join a law firm client in Alpharetta, GA. This role will focus on closings, and you can expect 50-60 per month. Our ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with title, survey, due diligence, preparation, and hand-holding clients during the residential closing process. Experience writing title commitments and title insurance policies would be a plus. As this is a busy desk, the client wants someone very organized and meticulous. Client-oriented personality is a must for this role. This office is currently remote, but will be physically located in Alpharetta as soon as February, 2021.
