Manual Machinist

We are a small tool and mold shop looking for a full time manual machinist.

Job Requirements (full time)

High school graduate or equivalent and/or additional specialized Machinist courses a plus

Machinist experience required: manual Lathe, Surface grinding, Vertical Mill

Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.

Must be self-motivated, a team player, and have a positive attitude

Safety conscious, able to work safely in the shop utilizing manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, etc.

Strong mechanical aptitude desired

Job Description:

Directly responsible for machining product to meet specifications from drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions.

Pay Rate: per hour DOE

Shift/Hours: Day Shift, Monday-Thursday (40 hours per week)
