Open to any other Anthem office for the most qualified applicant.The Executive Talent Program Manager is responsible for enabling business growth and high-performing organizational culture by providing world-class, facilitation services to support enterprise-wide executive and senior leadership developmental experiences, both virtually and in-person, that attract, grow and retain a diverse, top talent leadership pipeline. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Facilitate enterprise-wide leadership and executive development offerings, including but not limited to single sessions, segments of broader programs, and high-performing team development to Senior Leaders.

Provide world-class facilitation for in-person and virtual sessions focused on leadership skill development and transformation, including but not limited to, strategic, conceptual, interpersonal, process improvement, ideation business needs.

Leverage various technologies to deliver highly effective, interactive learning experiences that promote improved business outcomes.

Consult with program designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure highly effective development solutions and experiences for executives and leaders.

Build relationships and credibility with senior executives and leaders and establish a reputation as a world-class, master facilitator.

Deliver multiple/various programs with overlapping schedules.

Document and measure outcomes from services.

Be an Enterprise champion of the Anthem vision, mission, and purpose, connecting strategic priorities to facilitated content as appropriate.

Maintain fluency in current and emerging practices and technologies that promote leadership development experiences; train others on related practices and technologies as needed.

Multiply the facilitation capability within Anthem by creating, training and managing an internal facilitator network to meet the needs of individual business units or teams.

Provide design, development and consultation on targeted leadership development offerings and curriculum as requested/assigned by manager.

Conduct performance consulting and needs assessments with senior leaders related to other learning needs as requested/assigned by manager.

Provide direct support to manager, by performing management duties as needed, to multiply impact of the team/function.

Qualifications Experience:Requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field; 5 plus years directly related experience required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

MA/MS preferred.

Professional facilitation certification preferred (i.e., CMF, CPF, CCF).

3+ years of demonstrable experience as a professional facilitator/trainer for senior executives/leaders.

3+ years’ executive business experience leading a team, department, business unit or company.

Current experience with technologies that enable interactive, effective and engaging learning experiences.

Experience facilitating group learning in-person and virtually.

Experience leading groups through activities such as experiential learning, action learning, role plays, conflict/issue resolution, team building/intervention, strategic planning, focus groups, brainstorming, process improvement or other critical leadership activities.

End to end experience in creating and implementing leadership development programs.

Experience in “academy” organizations and/or Fortune 100 companies known for strong HR and/or leadership development practices.

Skills:World-class facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings, with the ability to adjust to audience and make content relevant and applicable to learners.

Ability to demonstrate learning capabilities from needs analysis, design, development, implementation and measurement.

Expertise in developing/delivering memorable leadership experiences.

Knowledge:World-class facilitation, training and learning practices.

Strategies for promoting interaction in learning and maximizing retention of learners.

Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, group dynamics/process, coaching and feedback.

Deep expertise in one of the following domains: I/O psychology, HR, leadership development, learning.

Current technology landscape related to learning delivery.

Applying emotional intelligence to accomplish mission.
