Credit Associate - Temporary

Description

SMX Staffing in partnership with nVent of Anoka MN is in search of a Credit Associate. This is s temporary assignment through June 2021. This individual will enter invoices from QuickBooks into MacPac, Enter cash applications in QuickBooks and perform high volume data entry. Job Responsibilities

Entry of invoices from QuickBooks into MacPac. Cash applications in QuickBooks. High volume data entry.

High school Diploma or GED. Basic knowledge of business processes Skills in attention to detail and accuracy Strong skills with written and verbal communication Skills in 10 key and typing Skill in using personal computer and fax Skill in using MS Office QuickBooks experience required. Ability to communicate by phone and email
