As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing new qualified clients for our team of experts. Applicants should be dynamic, charismatic, self-motivated, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit. Infinity Advisor Group will provide you with training, ongoing support, and leads to get you started.
A desirable candidate has:
Entrepreneurial skills including independent drive and motivation
Demonstrable prospecting diligence experience
Ability to set strategy and discover qualifying companies
Ability to own her/his pipeline to ensure long-term, consistent performance on a quarterly and annual cadence
Ability to identify and build relationships with key decision makers in prospective organizations
Comfort with communicating each company’s prospective savings opportunities to create high value proposals focused on improving profitability
C-Level communication skills
Pay Structure:
B2B sales cycles (3+ months)
100% uncapped commissions
Commissions paid when sales are finalized
Potential for residual income based on ongoing contractual sales agreements
