Reception/Phones
Tax return support-Pre and post- tax preparation to include the input of client tax data.
QuickBooks bookkeeping for many different clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Administrative and bookkeeping experience required.
Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
Tax Preparation knowledge a plus. Drake software knowledge a big plus.
Must be able to work independently and take initiative. Must be able to prioritize.
Must be highly organized and pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Job Type: permanent position with flexible hours.

Center Barnstead, NH work from home when necessary but not regularly
