Jackson Hewitt is looking for individuals that can help customers with filing their taxes. No prior tax knowledge is needed! We offer paid training to ensure that you have all the knowledge and tools you need to make your interactions as smooth as possible.

Also, we understand that preparing taxes isn’t for everyone. We still need your help! If you are comfortable working with the public, we offer Customer Service positions. This will allow you to help make customers comfortable while scheduling them for appointments to work with our tax pros!
