Job Summary This job requires a detail-oriented individual who is motivated to support key quality projects in a manufacturing environment. You will be asked to keep open communication on project progress and remain task focused. You will need to be comfortable with establishing data tracking systems.

  • GR&R/ MSA Documentation and Compliance

  • Systemic Station Certification for each operator based on training compliance and defect history

General Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource on projects
  • Exhibit effective project management and general business understanding
  • Monitor and communicate project status to project team and Quality leaders
  • Identify, track, and work with others to resolve project issues
  • Assist with research and analytical support; provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines
  • Assist with managing project risk, using quality tools to identify areas of risk
  • Document and shares learnings with other project leaders; draw on other team's experiences to enhance the success of the project
  • Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitor, measure, and communicate with manager on status of specific projects and assignments
  • Ensure compliance of new processes and system to the applicable standards (i.e. ISO 9001, TS 16949, etc)
  • Contributes to integration, system, and performance testing and tuning of systems
  • Configures, analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains program code and applications

Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in: MES Systems, Power BI, CQMS Identifying and Developing creative and sustainable solutions for Information Storage and reporting. Including system development.

Education and/or Experience B.S. in Engineering (Required) Mechanical, Computer, Computer Science or similar major 3+ years Quality Experience in manufacturing environment Quality Systems, MSA, GR&R and Six Sigma experience preferred Coding and system development experience required

Competencies: The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies. Problem Solving - Solves problems using a systematic analysis process by leveraging industry standard methodologies to create problem traceability and protect the customer; determines the assignable cause; implements robust, data-based solutions; identifies the systemic root causes and recommended actions to prevent problem reoccurrence. Dimensional Metrology - Applies dimensional measurement science in the development and application of measurement/inspection processes that deliver capable measurement results, supporting design validation and conformity assessment meeting regulatory, customer and product requirements. Measurement Science - Analyzes measurement processes to identify and quantify sources of measurement uncertainty relevant to the appropriate applied measurement science, "Metrology" e.g. Chemical, Dimensional, Electrical, Mechanical, Optical and Radiation and Physical. Technical Documentation - Documents information based on knowledge gained as part of technical function activities; communicates to stakeholders with the goal of enabling improved technical productivity and effective knowledge transfer to others who were not originally part of the initial learning. Schedule Management - Manages the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline. Scope Management - Manages a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully. Project Issue and Risk Management - Manages the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of negative events or to maximize the realization of positive events. Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Solution Configuration - Configures, creates and tests a solution for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using IT processes, standards and tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements. Solution Modeling - Creates, designs and formulates models, diagrams and documentation using IT processes, standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements. Programming - Creates, writes and tests computer code, test scripts, and build scripts using algorithmic analysis and design, IT processes, standard and tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements. Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
