Under general supervision, reporting to the Sr. Financial Planner & Analyst, and is responsible for assisting with functions of the monthly and quarterly financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Assist with preparing monthly financial statements and monthly reporting critical to the organization’s operations.Duties and Responsibilities: (In concert with Sr. Financial Planner & Analyst)

Preparing monthly financial statements, external and internal reporting packages.

Publishing department P&L statements and Quarterly reports.

Prepare weekly revenue reports.

Analyze monthly revenue reports and provide data to management.

Manage Audigy member rewards (monthly calculation and reporting)

Monthly and ad-hoc reports as needed.Experience, Educations, and Skills Needed:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Administration, Accounting.

Have at least 2-4 years of fulltime work experience in the financial analysis, general accounting, or related area.

Reasonable knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required, specifically using Excel for intermediate level data analysis

Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics GP software and Management Reporter experience would be a plus, but not necessary.

Ability to plan and complete assignments within deadlines.

Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to prepare complex written financial reports.

Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniquesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORK DEMANDS:

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
