Great Servers Wanted

Urban America kitchen is a family owned and operated business in a great community. We have a great customer base!

We are looking for motivated servers with excellent customer service who can up sell when appropriate.

Servers who are friendly and have a positive outlook on life.

Servers who are high energy and have a great personality, a professional appearance, and are guest-driven while striving for excellence.

Training: If hired, you will have the opportunity to train alongside some of our veteran staff and learn in a hands-on environment. Training is completed over a period of several shifts. You will be required to study training materials on basic company information, menu knowledge, liquor/beer/wine, service standards, and more. You will be provided with tests and test keys, along with one-on-one training to ensure successful training. Each day, you will be exposed to more of the role and responsibilities. At the conclusion of each day, you will sit down with your trainer and a manager to evaluate the quality of your training shift, with the opportunity to receive positive feedback and goal setting for the next day of training.
