SMALL CONTRACTING OFFICE

We are a small contracting company located in Racine. We cover all of Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

I am interviewing for the main office position.

The right candidate will be responsible for the following:

1) Proficient with Quickbooks Accounting System

2) Excellent customer service

3) Phone Sales

4) Organizing crews

5) Running a google calendar system

6) Apple and Windows

7) Collecting A/R

8) Paying A/P

9) Implement systems to help the company be more cost effective and efficient.

10) Must be a happy team player that is willing to work independently.
