- Provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud platform, hardware, software, and security components
- Support integration of services in a loosely-coupled Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in a hybrid multiple cloud and on-premise environment
- Plan, implement, and document solutions to total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf project requirement tools
- Analyze, design, test, and evaluate network systems such as Cloud Resident computing capabilities, satellite networks, and land and wide area networks
- Plan and implement data management practices to treat and handle data as a resource
- Assist in managing system development efforts, moves or modernization changes including analysis, telecommunications (LAN, WAN, voice, video), planning, cabling, IT and cloud requirements, network security measures, and other factors
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related STEM degree
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Senior-level experience in government or industry in Big Data analysis
- Demonstrated experience with MBSE processes, tools and languages.
- Security + Certification
- Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree
- Database Management Experience
- SCRUM Master
- Any Cloud Technical Certification
