Sr. Business Systems Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst that will be a liaison for IT and business units. This person will have to be able to the following, requirements analysis, testing, enhancements, and help support different projects. They will be focused on pathway efforts. This person needs to be able to understand data movement. They will need to understand API's and how they work. They will have to know how to map out data stores and movements. They will have to have the ability to map out processes. About the role: -Help improve and identify issues in the process -Help the business use Technology and become more efficient -Work with other member of the business to understand how things work -Analyze these processes and look for ways to improve these processes and use technology to reduce waste -Experience with working with Development team to build or improve new technology that enhances Business processes and increases efficiency for the Business. Must Haves: -Good understanding of API's -Working knowledge of data mapping, data movement -Must be able to speak to IT and the Business -5+ Years of Business Analyst experience -3+ year of Agile/Scrum experience -Financial experience is a plus -4 year degree
