- Land Manage small to large IT project initiatives related to Data and Data Delivery
- Land Manage production applications related to Data and Data Delivery.
- Prioritizes own and team’s work. Anticipates consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change.
- Participate in establishing project priorities based on strategic business plans.
- Procure and manage third-party consulting resources as needed to achieve successful project objectives.

- Understands how and when to make a choice; how and when to escalate issues to higher levels. Analyzes the risks and future impact of decisions.

- Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.
- Provide direction, support and development assistance for internal project teams.
- Coordinate all development, implementation and on-going support for production applications. (Requires on-call coverage and occasional after-hours support).
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Analyze and recommend improvements to existing policies and procedures
- Assist management in determining overall priorities
- Perform other duties as required.
- Relevant IT related Bachelor’s degree or combination of applicable technical training and experience.
- Applicable experience with: Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Engineering, Big Data & Cloud Architecture, Data Lake
- Applicable experience with Microsoft Azure data warehouse deployments including data engineering and data pipelines
- 5+ years project management experience on systems development/implementation projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
- Proven experience to work effectively with end-users, project team members and management.
- Databases – Oracle and SQL Server
- Environments – Microsoft Azure, Windows, Mainframe.
- Integration Technology – Talend Big Data, Talend DI, Talend ESB, Spark, Azure Data Factory
- Data Applications – Stibo MDM
- Metadata Applications – Talend Data Catalog
