RFID Tagging: Place RFID tags on assets, attach barcodes to doors, and update the RFID information in our tracking system. On-Site Work Possibility of extensions. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to drive from building to building and between campuses KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Insure data associated with each room is accurately updated in the inDesign Tracking System Insure data associated with each asset is accurately updated in the inDesign Tracking System Insure that the pre-defined RFID tags are attached to assets in the correct location on the asset Ability to learn and use RFID handheld scanner (KSU to train) Ability to learn and use the inLogic Tracking software (KSU to train) Additional Responsibilities Assisting with inventory and warehouse support activities (inventory count, inventory organization, etc.) Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Strong attention to detail and follow up skills (accuracy is a must) Required 0 Able to work both independently and collaboratively, in a professional manner, with an emphasis on quality of work Required 0 Able to appropriately assess and communicate risks, benefits, and alternatives Required 0 Proficient with data entry for computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite) Required 0 Organize and sort inventory Required 0 Previous Inventory/Asset Management experience Highly desired 0 Questions No. Question Question1 Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence.
