We are an established property management company located in the Tucson AZ area. We are currently seeking Apartment Property Managers for 290 units.
Qualification, Skills and Requirements:
Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing of various types of apartment buildings.
BILINGUAL in ( ENGLISH & SPANISH ) Preferred
Must have strong communication skills, relationship building and conflict resolution skills; - Property management software experience, eg. AppFolio; is a plus
Good building maintenance management skill
