Looking for an agent

I am looking for an agent to do up to 3 CMA’S a week

I have a small tele marketing making company calling up to 200 calls a week.

Calling fsbo’s , pre foreclosures, foreclosures, abandoned, neglected, investors and motivated sellers.

If we can’t find a wholesale deal, we would try to refer them to you.

We would also refer anyone looking to buy a house to you.

I buy many lists a month along with our research to find potential deals.

Have a couple driving around finding leads to call.

None of my team including myself are licensed agents.

When we give you a lead, we expect a CMA within 48 hours. This is our lead and not to be contacted

This should generate at least 2 listings or sales a month. If you know how to close a deal.

You must be real estate agent in Pima County.
