Hiring New Position: Corporate Quality Coordinator for FIJI Water!

The Corporate Quality team is looking for a Coordinator who will be responsible to provide support, direction and resolution to quality incidents in relation to internal and external customer complaints, as well as consumer complaints. The ideal candidate will have quality or manufacturing experience, data entry and trending experience, and the ability to create forms and procedures. This role is responsible to oversee the consumer affairs program in collaboration with the Wonderful call center to ensure customer and consumer satisfaction is met. The role will interact with other departments in the organization to educate and enforce corporate quality standards and requirements. This role will work closely with the FIJI, JUSTIN, Landmark and JNSQ brand.

Here's what you'll do:

Provide routine training to the Wonderful call center team on expectations of the consumer affairs program.

Collaborate with the Wonderful call center to resolve escalated complaints and provide response.

Assist plant QA team to evaluate complaints and develop potential corrective actions for complaints.

Provide direction and resolution on internal customer complaints in collaboration with other departments in the organization.

Oversee the international customer complaint program to ensure timely follow through and resolution on complaints.

Lead meetings to ensure changes, expectation, complaint handling are communicated.

Develop and/or update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for market quality related activities/programs.

Train and implement SOP

Oversee the document control management program for market quality.

Responsible in reviewing the annual quality testing reports to ensure they are in compliance with market requirements.

Lead routine mock traceability for various markets.

Participate in warehouse and vendor audits.

Responsible for documents and/or samples submission as requested by customer, regulatory authority or internal team members.

Responsible to track and trend quality related data and incidents.

Responsible to track and trend aging inventory data for third-party and distributors warehouses and report out key findings.

Assist and support with quality improvement initiatives as directed by the Director of Corporate Quality Projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Corporate Quality Projects

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

A minimum of 4-years' experience in food or beverage industry in a quality role preferred

Bachelor's degree or higher required, preferably in food science, biology or other related science

Experience in a manufacturing environment or corporate quality role preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent in following through with projects and/or action plan

Highly proficient in written and verbal communications

Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Knowledge of FSMA preferred

Ability to travel within US and internationally
