Long-standing Real Estate Firm with over 46 Years of Experience may be looking for you!

We are seeking a Qualified Assistant to closely work with Management.

Areas of interest include:

Marketing (Especially Photoshop Basics),

Organization & Filing (very important),

Client Showings,

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Submissions (do you have any experience in Copy Writing?),

Some Photographing of property,

Follow Up,

Various tasks from our other Company Divisions, etc.

You will learn about Real Estate, Contract Files and much more on this job!

You must have Experience in the following skills:

Extremely Organized and Focused on Job Duties

The ability to Communicate Effectively both verbally and in writing

Photoshop Basics as well as General Computer knowledge

Must be able to Multi-Task and adapt to unexpected changes

Must have People Skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities

The ability to work diligently and independently

Must have a strong Work Ethic and a Willingness to take direction and learn new skills

Must have and maintain reliable transportation, proof of a valid California Driver's license, clean driving record and company acceptable auto insurance and vehicle registration
