We are a small Tax and Accounting Firm, located close to downtown Littleton. We specialize in tax and consulting for small businesses and individuals. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has prior experience working at a tax firm and familiarity with Lacerte Tax Software is a bonus. The ideal candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and must have superior written and verbal communication skills. This is a seasonal, full-time position from January-April 15.
Duties:
Client relations via phone, email, and in-person
Appointment scheduling
Management of client communication and tax return workflow
Basic data entry
Light office cleaning
Assembling, scanning, filing, and mailing tax returns
Various marketing duties
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
