GEORGIA Associate Attorneys needed for volume banking and finance firm

We are actively seeking attorneys that are licensed in GEORGIA and other jurisdictions. Due to the COVID crisis, the banking industry is preparing to be busier than ever in history. Our Law Firm manages the default and litigation cycle for banks and financial institutions. We are actively seeking to hire remote attorneys throughout Georgia.Duties include:

Hearing coverage

Jury and non-jury trials

Media review, suit review, demand review, validation

Signing suit packages and motion practice

Negotiate case settlement with pro-se and adverse counel

An eye for details and accuracy

Strong organizational skills

Self-starting, motivated, and not requiring micro-management (THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION)

Courtroom experience, specifically with creditor and debtor contracts

Be reliable

A clean background and Bar License (no felonies or financial crimes)

Setup to work in a remote capacity (ideally a home office)
