This role supports the Consumer Markets Reporting, Analytics and Data (RAD) team by managing multiple technical, operation and administrative projects across analytics and reporting teams. This role engages heavily with team leads to ensure executive-facing projects are delivered with quality and timeliness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys organizing business operations for efficiency.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Core CompetenciesRequires a highly organized project management mindset with competency in customer focus, meeting management, strategic thinking, relationship building and influencing, results focus and inspirational leadership.Essential Functions:Work with RAD teams to prioritize projects, evaluate resourcing requirements, intake new projects and codify feedback on deliverables for continuous improvement.Lead kick off, requirements gathering and track/manage preparation for upcoming projects which require cross-functional contribution to ensure successful delivery.Implement 5x15 weekly status update process and track team KPIsConsolidate executive-level PowerPoint decks and reporting for strategic alignment and executive readinessDevelop and consolidate talking points for weekly executive readoutsBuild Monthly RAD team communication to disseminate key information on HR updates, team project status and important upcoming milestonesAssist in meeting management for taking note taking and action item trackingServe as liaison to data teams and build data management process for intake, requirements gathering, project planning and delivery acceptance for organizational data needs.QualificationsMinimum4+ years of experience in a program or project management roleSolid understanding of applying formal project management methodologies (waterfall, agile) to business setting.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and VisioStrong program management skills and knowledge of best practicesStrong analytical, organizational and communication skills (oral and written)Experience with team-based program management tools, such as eProject or Microsoft ProjectBackground in working across multiple business areas, an understanding of typical pain points and how to lead teams to address them.Expertise in project execution under tight timelines while minimizing risk to customer experience and product quality.DesiredT-Mobile program or project manager experience preferredDemonstrated ability to work independently. Self-starterDemonstrated strong collaboration skills and organizational skills with a history of anticipating issues and taking proactive action to develop and implement an appropriate response plan.Experience working effectively with a variety of cross-functional partnersEducationBachelor's degree and PMP or Certificate in Project Management (from an accredited university) desired.
