Must Have Qualifications:4+ years of recent technical support or help desk experience with hardware

4+ years of customer support/ client support experience

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (excel, word, outlook)

Salesforce experience is a plus

Candidates must be available for a 8-hour shift between 7am-8pm Monday- Friday

Located in the Brookhaven area

Job Description:Professionally handle high volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email regarding the company’s products and services

Provide information to customers regarding the status of their orders and provide information about the company’s products and services

Diagnose and resolve product or service problems by qualifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution

Cultivate lasting relationships and build trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Investigate all customer requests and documented inquiries via CRM systems

Partner with all departments to meet and exceed customer service expectations
