Overview Well-Established Financial Service company looking for a seasoned Senior Scrum Master/Agile Coach to help drive product-based delivery. Responsibilities- Lead, coordinate, facilitate and/or guides all sprint ceremonies, depending on the meeting. These ceremonies include the daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint retrospective and backlog refinement.
- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing Agile fluency and adoption
- Provide management oversight and/or mentorship to other Scrum Masters
- Provide organizational visibility including dependency resolution, longer term planning, and organizational improvement.
- Guide product management teams in their role, defining MVP's, developing product roadmaps and release plans, writing stories and backlog prioritization and management.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Kanban teams and Scrum Masters.
- 5+ years of Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Proven experience as leading large enterprise product/software development initiatives from the ground up.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
- Experience in prioritizing, risk, and conflict management.
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies.
- Bachelor s degree required.
