LDP (Local Device Partner) End to End Program & Business Manager
- Weekly LDP RoB & Dashboard Management: Collect information from Finance, Marketing, Ops, OEM Corp and Field, update LDP Dashboard, report focus on key business indicator status and flag potential issues early with COE plan to resolve
- Monthly LDP MBU reporting consolidation
- Partner Categorization: Map current partners to new partners segmentation, identify vertical / segment gaps and monitor and report partner progress and associated support structure
- CSP and IoT Tracking: Monitor and report performance of partners in these 2 categories
- LDP Newsletter Management: Coordinate publication of Monthly Field Update on sales, marketing, operations, policy, products, and any other business important to the LDP community
- LDP Partner Event Support for key LDP partner & internal events including: Digital WW & Regional events, Partner EBEs, etc.
- Day to Day Program Management, including partner categorization, V2 adoption, Field support
- 7+ years experience managing large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties / organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities
- Experience pulling reports and using pivot tables
- Understanding of sales and Device Market Research to be able to create a presentation storyline
