Job Description

You will be responsible for managing key enterprise clients at MyTime. You will build relationships with all decision makers and stakeholders within your client portfolio to ensure MyTime’s solutions meet/exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving renewal and upsell goals across the client portfolio.

An average day could include meetings with clients to go over best practices for utilizing the MyTime solutions and/or the advantages of using a new feature. It could also include presenting in front of senior executives, as part of a quarterly review, key recommendations and insights utilizing the power of the MyTime marketing/reporting solutions. Throughout it all, you will epitomize the role of a business consultant who partners with your clients to ensure we help them meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed expectations for each client by understanding their business objectives and consistently mapping back to the ever growing MyTime solution set

  • Liaise with internal support teams to handle any inbound questions, technical needs, etc

  • Create and execute a renewal and upsell account plan to achieve growth goals

  • Negotiate all renewal and upsell contracts

  • Deliver a Quarterly Business Review for each account

  • Introduce clients to existing features / functionality and keep them informed on upcoming roadmap releases

  • Gather client input and convey internally cross functionally to inform future product development

  • Meet/exceed all revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 6+ years experience in Account Management across enterprise accounts, preferably with a tech/SAAS provider that delivers a complex solution touching mission critical parts of a business

  • Self starter who thrives on helping customers both find new ways to use product features as well as adept at identifying additional product needs

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting data and recommendations at the executive level

  • Proven success meeting/exceeding renewal and upsell goals across enterprise level accounts

  • Consulting experience, MBA a plus
