Sr Solution Architect Role DescriptionThe Salesforce Sr Solution Architect is laser-focused on solving for the most relevant customer challenges, including reference architectures, solution orientation, field readiness, early adopter customer use cases, developing and distributing product and feature implementation best practices content. In this role, your mission is to become a product customer champion. You will listen closely and respond thoughtfully to customer needs. You also will leverage relationships and expertise to scale our customer knowledge and inspire action across our Salesforce COE. Working with our industry partners you will help drive customer success, product adoption, and customer transformations.The Senior SA also provides direction and technical leadership across the industry and focuses on delivering an amazing cross-channel experience.
Certifications: Admin, Service and/or Sales Cloud, working toward Platform or specialty certifications such as Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud.
Project ResponsibilitiesBuild, Test, Deploy
Driving technical solutioning and execution for large scale projects.
Direct large scale build and test efforts for our enterprise clients and agencies.
Accountable for full scale build efforts across multiple phases.
Analysis
Drive large scale Proof of Concept projects end to end for enterprise size clients or agencies.
Drive strategic thinking for enterprise wide architecture and roadmaps with our larger accounts.
Look for new techniques for analysis and design to incorporate into Publicis Sapient overall methodology.
Mastery in custom cloud and cross-cloud solution architecture
Speciality in a discipline or technology
Part of the internal Salesforce leadership team
Define strategies to help the practice grow and scale
Responsible for enterprise wide multi-phase projects
Responsible for setting strategy for multiple projects across a technology or discipline
Thought leader of PS methodology - work to continually improve with new ideas, tactics, templates, etc.
Career manager to a larger set of resources (up to 5-6 people)
Accountable for success of a team including their utilization and key metrics
Lead by example on project work (ie: teach new methodologies by including team during client workshops)
Support business development efforts to scope new projects within an given account (demos, SOW reviews, client relationships)
Responsible for growth within a given enterprise level account by identifying areas for continued work for that client
Cultivate trustful relationships with clients; become a thought-leader for the client
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience (10 years of cumulative experience) in:8+ years of external consulting experience
5+ years of CRM consulting with hands-on experience with one or more CRM software products (Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Salesforce.com, etc.)
5+ years experience identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modeling, functional design experience, and creating project plans
5+ years project management experience in an agile development environment
5+ years leading dynamic and highly effective teams
A strong technical and business acumen
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ability to challenge, innovate, lead and drive projects to close
Ability to lead both small and enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, lead customer support projects, mentor teams of junior team members and effectively manage client escalations
Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
Internally driven, able to pivot and adapt quickly and is interested in contributing to process improvement and team-member development
Able to quickly adapt to change and approach problems with a flexible mind-set
Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
Salesforce Consultant Certifications desired
5+ years experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development desired
Providing enablement and development direction to offshore and onshore development/configuration resources
Managing the integration of Salesforce.com integrations with other systems using middleware technologies
Openness to travel and work at client sites as necessary
