Job Title: IBM ACM Consultant - Remote / Telecommute Job Location: Jersey City, NJ Job Type: Full Time / Perm / Direct Hire Job Description:

• Should have more than 8 years of experience on IBM Case Manager 5.3, Content Navigator Client 2.0.x, Dojo JavaScript framework.
• Customize and Extend Content Navigator client using its JavaScript Model API which is built on top of the Dojo framework.
• Case Manager solution development using Case Builder.
• Customize and Extend Case Manager client using its JavaScript Model API and Widget System which is an extension to the Content Navigator Model API.
• Experience in defining solution architecture for large and complex projects.
• Should be capable of providing technical leadership to junior engineers in the team, suggest solutions, and review their work.
• Should be able to provide estimates and timelines to customers for different enhancement requests, monitor the project's progress, provide a regular status update to customer/internal stakeholders, and interact with customers for planning and resolution of various issues/requirements.
• Should be able to mentor their team members and provide technical contributions.

• Demonstrated skills - Program management, Stakeholder management and ability to manage complex projects.
• Communication – Excellent articulation and distinguishable clarity of thought, Proactiveness.
• Thought Leadership – Ability to get the holistic picture, assess the dependencies and risk factors and plan for mitigation.
• Provide end to end leadership for the program involving multiple stakeholders.
• Balanced approach – Ability to make the right decisions by being mindful of the nuances involved with internal and external(Client) customers.
